Easy Tuna Salad Sandwiches

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 12 ounces tuna in vegetable oil, drained
2. 16 slices mozzarella cheese
3. 8 slices bread
4. 1 tablespoon butter
5. 3 tablespoons kraft’s lemon and herb tartar sauce
6. 1 minced garlic clove
7. 4 basil leaves, coarsely chopped
8. salt and pepper

Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix the tuna, tartar sauce, garlic and basil. Set to the side.
2. In a skillet melt the butter on medium heat.
3. When butter is melted add the bread and toast on both sides.
4. After toasting bread put on a plate and top with mozzerella cheese slices, then tuna salad. Enjoy!
