Ingredients for 16 servings:
1. 5 lbs chuck steaks
2. 1 cup taco seasoning
3. 3 garlic cloves, minced and crushed
4. 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
5. 16 flour tortillas
6. 1 cup fat free sour cream
7. 1 cup taco sauce
8. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
9. 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced julienne
10. 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced julienne
11. 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced julienne
12. 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced julienne
13. 1 yellow onion, sliced thinly
Directions:
1. Pierce meat all over with fork or tenderizer.
2. Place in large food storage bag with taco seasoning, garlic, and beer.
3. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
4. Remove meat from marinade and grill for 5 to 6 minutes a side over medium high heat until medium rare.
5. Remove meat and set aside covered.
6. Toss vegetables with oil and place in grilling basket.
7. Grill until crisp tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Slice meat against grain and serve with vegetables and other accompaniments.
