Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 3 lbs pork loin
2. 1/4 teaspoon parsley
3. 1/2 cup olive oil
4. 1/4 cup lemon juice
5. 12 cloves minced garlic
6. 1 sliced green pepper
7. 1 sliced onion
8. salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut pork into 2 inch chunks and remove excess fat and skin from pork.
2. Combine spices,garlic,onion,green pepper,and olive oil.
3. Pour over pork chunks and set aside for 2 hours or over night.
4. Deep fry pork until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
