Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1/4 cup vinegar, white wine
2. 2 tablespoons honey
3. 3 tablespoons oil, salad
4. 1 teaspoon poppy seed
5. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
6. 8 cups fresh spinach, torn
7. 1 medium mangoes or 2 medium pears, cored, peeled and cubed
8. 1 1/2 cups grapes, seedless, halved
Directions:
1. In a screw top jar combine vinegar, oil, honey, poppy seed, and dry mustard Cover; shake well to mix.
2. Combine spinach, papaya or pears, and grapes.
3. Shake dressing again and pour over salad.
4. Toss to coat.
5. Serve immediately.
