Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup Greek olive, rinsed and pitted
2. 2 tablespoons capers
3. 1 garlic clove, minced
4. 1/2 cup pine nuts
5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
7. 1/2 teaspoon thyme or 1/2 teaspoon basil
8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
9. 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, stems removed
Directions:
