Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons oil
2. 8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
3. 1 cup apple juice
4. 1/2 cup brown mustard
5. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
6. 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary needles, crushed
7. 2 green apples or 2 red apples, cut into small chunks
8. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cook pork chops for 5 minutes or until browned on both sides.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Bring to a full boil and reduce heat to medium.
5. Simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
