Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 4 slices gluten-free breadcrumbs
2. 1/4 cup grated cheese (tasty, cheddar, parmesan)
3. 1 dash dried basil
1. Mix the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese.
2. Spread over the top of the pie.
3. Sprinkle with dried basil or herb of your choice.
4. Cook as for regular pastry pies.
