Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 4 portabella mushroom caps, only, about the same size
2. 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
3. 4 ounces cream cheese
4. 4 slices crisp bacon
1. Clean and wash the Portabellos caps.
2. In a small bowl mix The bread crumbs and cream cheese.
3. Crumble the bacon into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Spread generously over the portabello caps.
5. Place two caps together and grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
6. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
