Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. taco shell
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
3. 1/2 cup diced red pepper
4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
5. salt and black pepper
6. 2 garlic cloves, minced
7. 1 teaspoon cumin
8. 1/2 teaspoon coriander
9. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10. 1 (1 tablespoon) packet sazon seasoning
11. 1 lb ground chicken
12. 2 teaspoons flour
13. 1 cup chicken stock
14. 12 taco shells (warm at 200)
15. creamy salsa
16. 4 roma tomatoes
17. 1/2 cup cilantro leaf
18. 1/4 cup chopped red onion
19. 1 cup sour cream
20. 1 tablespoon Frank’s red hot sauce
21. 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
22. 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
23. salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Tacos.
2. Saute red peppers and onion in large pan at medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. When tender add garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and sazon seasoning. Cook for 1 minute. Add Chicken breaking it up so there are no large chunks. Once chicken is cooked sprinkle flour over the top. Stir for a few minutes. Add chicken stock simmer about 5 minutes.
3. Creamy Slasa.
4. Combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
