Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
2. 1/2 medium onion, chopped
3. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can fat-free cream of chicken soup
4. 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
5. 6 ounces chicken, cooked and cubed
6. 4 corn tortillas, torn in pieces
7. 1/3 cup mexican cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Saute pepper and onion in skillet with Pam.
2. Add soup, Rotel, and chicken.
3. Alternate layers of tortillas and soup mix.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
