Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2. 1/4 cup butter
3. 1 pinch salt
4. 2 large vidalia onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Saute the the thyme in the butter in a skillet for 5 minutes.
2. Add onions and salt.
3. Cook covered for 15 minutes or until tender.
4. Serve with any kind of meat.
