Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2. 3 celery ribs, diced
3. 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries
4. 1/2 cup chopped pecans
5. 1 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
6. 1/3 cup honey
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
8. 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Stir together first four ingredients.
2. Whisk together mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients.
3. Add to chicken mixture, stirring gently until combined.
