Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 18 large banana peppers
2. 2 cups yellow mustard
3. 2 cups vinegar
4. 2 1/2 cups sugar
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Grind Peppers with seeds in a food processor (do not drain the juice) Mix the ground peppers with the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil. Turn off heat. In a shaker container mix 3/4°C Flour to 1 Cup water Stir into mixture. Fill jars and seal!
2. WARNING WHEN CLEANING THE PEPPERS OR EVEN WORKING WITH THE PEPPERS WEAR GLOVES THE PEPPER BURN LASTS A LONG TIME!
3. I usually get 6 – 8 pint jars out of a batch.
