Ingredients for 20 servings:
1. 2 cups canned garbanzo beans or 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans, drained
2. 1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
3. 1/4 cup lemon juice
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 2 garlic cloves, halved
6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
7. 1 pinch paprika
8. 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Place the garbanzo beans, peanut butter, lemon juice and salt and garlic in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to serving bowl.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
