Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 lbs pot roast
2. 4 medium carrots, cut up
3. 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up
4. 1 medium onion, chopped
5. 1 cup cabbage, chopped coarsely
6. 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
7. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
8. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
9. 2 cups beef broth
Directions:
1. Place roast into crockpot.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cook on low for 8-12 hours.
4. Serve with rice.
5. note: If using home made beef broth a litle salt may be needed.
