Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
2. 2 tablespoons whey protein
3. 1 tablespoon powdered egg
4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
5. 2 teaspoons cocoa
6. 8 ounces milk or 8 ounces water
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. To mix in bulk, multiply recipe by desired serving minus liquid.
3. Add 2/3 cup of the mix to 8 oz milk or water.
