Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 tablespoon onion flakes
2. 2 teaspoons ground thyme
3. 1 teaspoon dried parsley
4. 1 teaspoon ground allspice
5. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
7. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
8. 1 teaspoon paprika
9. 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
10. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
11. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
12. 2 teaspoons salt
13. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

15. 2 teaspoons dried chives
Directions:
1. Mix together all the ingredients.
2. Store leftovers in a tightly closed glass jar.
3. It will keep its strength for over a month.
4. 1- 1 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning for each pound of meat.
