Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3 chicken breasts, cut up
2. 1 medium onion, diced
3. 2 tablespoons oil
4. 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
5. 1/4 cup milk
6. 8 ounces cream cheese
7. 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
8. 2 1/4 ounces sliced mushrooms
9. salsa, to taste
10. 12 flour tortillas
11. 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeno pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook chicken and onion in oil over medium heat in skillet, add cream cheese.
3. In a separate bowl, melt velveeta in microwave and stir in milk.
4. Put chicken mixture in each tortilla and roll up, placing seam-side down in 9X13 pan.
5. Pour velveeta mixture over wraps.
6. Garnish with salsa and olives.
7. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
8. Serves well with sour cream.
