Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
2. 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
3. 2 teaspoons minced red onions
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
6. 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8. 1 lb lean ground lamb
Directions:
1. Prepare broiler OR grill pan.
2. Combine all 8 ingredients.
3. Divide lamb mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4-inch thick patty.
4. Place patties on broiler or grillpan coated with cooking spray.
5. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
6. Then you can serve it on a bun with your favorites (tomato, lettuce).
