Lani’s Protein Snacks

 

Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
2. 2 teaspoons protein shake mix, berry flavoured
3. 1 banana, mashed
4. 1/2 cup blueberries
5. 2 teaspoons low-fat blueberry yogurt
6. 1 teaspoon honey

Directions:
1. Throw all the ingredients together in a food processor and lightly blend. You may need to add some water to the mix.
2. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin patty liners and spoon the mixture into each.
3. Freeze the mix untill solid, should be creamy.
4. Snacks should last only a week before they start to taste floury.
