Lemon-Herb Rub

Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 4 large garlic cloves, minced
2. 3 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
3. 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves, crushed
4. 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
7. 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Immediately rub on fish, seafood, chicken or pork and let rest 15 minutes before cooking on the grill.
