Light Tuna Salad

 

Ingredients for 20 servings:
1. 3 cups tuna
2. 3 cups celery
3. 1 cup green bell pepper
4. 1 cup yellow bell pepper
5. 1 cup red bell pepper
6. 1 teaspoon salt
7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
8. 1/2 cup green onion
9. 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
10. 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise

Directions:
1. Drain the tuna.
2. combine all the other ingredients in a bowl with the tuna and mix well.
3. Refrigerate for two or more hours.
4. Spread 1/2 cup of mixture on a piece of bread or serve with salad.
5. serve.
