Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3/4 lb carrot, thinly sliced
2. 1/2 lb green peas, thawed
3. 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
4. 1 ounce fat free cream cheese, room temperature, cut up
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
1. Place carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water.
2. Cover saucepan and steam 4 minutes.
3. Add peas and steam 3-4 minutes or until peas are tender.
4. Drain and return vegetables to saucepan.
5. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
