Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
3. 2 teaspoons sugar
4. 1/4 cup chopped green onion
5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
6. 1 (12 ounce) package coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine lime juice, olive oil, sugar.
2. Combine green onions, cilantro and coleslaw mix in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle juice mixture over coleslaw mixture; toss well to coat.
