Loaded Hash Brown Bites #SP5

 

Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1 (12 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
2. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup
3. 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
4. 2 lbs bacon
5. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix potatoes, chedder cheese soup, and ground black pepper in large bowl.
3. Line mini muffin trays with bacon, covering all sides including the bottom.
4. Fill each bacon lined cup to the top with hash brown mixture.
5. Scoop 1/2 tsp chive and onion cream cheese and place on top of each filled cup.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until bacon has reached desired level of crispiness.
7. Remove each bacon wrapped hash brown and place on paper towels to drain.
8. Serve!
