Maple Glazed Salmon

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
3. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
4. 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
5. 1 tablespoon water
6. 4 salmon fillets
7. 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450*.
2. In small bowl, whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch and water until smooth.
3. Place salmon, skin side down, in shallow 1-1/2 qt casserole.
4. Spoon glaze over fish.
5. Bake 17 minutes, or until fish flakes easily; baste during cooking once.
6. Sprinkle with green onion.
