Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
3. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced
5. 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
6. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, garlic and lemon-pepper; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.
