Mediterranean Chi-Chi Burgers

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb ground pork
2. 1 lb ground beef
3. 1/4 cup of grated feta
4. 1/4 cup of chopped olive (dont sqeeze out all the juice)
5. 1/4 cup prepared salsa
6. 1 tablespoon oregano
7. 1 teaspoon garlic granules
8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
9. 1 teaspoon cayenne
10. 4 tablespoons mild paprika
11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
12. 1 teaspoon cayenne

Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or so . Remove from fridge and make 8 patties . BBQ till done. Serve with grilled eggplant and lettuce or anything else you like on your burger . Can also be called sausage burger. ENJOY!
