Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2. 2 eggs
3. 3/4 cup sugar
4. 1 tablespoon vanilla
5. fresh fruit, to top
6. berry syrup
7. 1 cup graham cracker, crushed
8. 1/4 cup butter, melted
9. 1/3 cup sugar
Directions:
1. mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
2. In a separate bowl, mix graham crackers, butter and sugar.
3. press crumbly graham cracker mix into liners in muffin tin.
4. Pour filling mixture over crust, about 3/4 of the way up.
5. bake 15 minutes at 375.
6. remove and cool.
7. put your favorite fruit and syrup, if you wish on top.
8. Chill until serving.
