Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 whole kosher dill pickles, cut into chunks
2. 10 cheddar cheese cubes (1/2 inch, Cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack)
3. 10 pieces salami (3/4 inch) or 10 pieces bologna, cubed (3/4 inch)
4. prepared honey mustard dressing
5. toothpick
Directions:
1. Skewer 1 cheese cube, 1 pickle cube, and 1 meat cube with a toothpick.
2. Repeat with remaining cheese, pickles and meat.
3. Serve with honey mustard dressing for dipping.
