Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 blood oranges, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
2. 1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
3. 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
4. 2 tangerines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
5. 4 black peppercorns, crushed
Directions:
1. Divide the fruit between plates.
2. Crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.
3. Serve with Greek yogurt or creme fraiche.
