Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 cup boiling water
2. 2 teaspoons instant decaffeinated coffee
3. 2 teaspoons sugar substitute
4. 1/2 cup nonfat milk
5. 10 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Pour water into a blender and add coffee and sugar substitute.
2. Blend several seconds, then add the milk and ice cubes. Blend until thick, about 1 minute.
3. Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw and long spoon.
