Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 3 cups cubed stale French bread (dried overnight)
2. 1 onion, chopped
3. 2 stalks celery, diced
4. 1/2 cup butter
5. 1 teaspoon dried sage
6. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
7. 1/2 teaspoon thyme
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet, sautee onions and celery. Add spices. Combine bread cubes with celery/onion/butter and toss. Stuff poultry, put extra stuffing into covered casserole dish.
