Nana’s Fruit Loaf

 

Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 2 cups mixed fruit
2. 1 cup water
3. 1 cup sugar
4. 2 ounces butter
5. 2 cups flour
6. 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
1. boil mixed fruit, water, sugar and butter.
2. put in a bowl to cool.
3. then mix together with flour and baking soda.
4. put into a greased loaf tin.
5. bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
