Non-Fat Miso Sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons miso
2. 2 tablespoons vinegar
3. 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons artificial artificial sweetener

Directions:
1. Soften the miso about 30 minutes before using.
2. Combine all ingredients until smooth.
3. Multiply or double the recipe as needed, always keeping the ration of 1 to 1 to 1/2 of miso, vinegar, and sweetness.
