Parsley and Chive Herbed Butter

 

Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
2. 1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
3. 8 ounces butter, slightly softened
4. 1 lemon, juice of
5. salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Beat the herbs into the butter; add the lemon juice and seasoning and mix until smooth.
2. Chill well before serving.
3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use or freeze in ice-cube trays for handy ready to use portions.
