Peaches in Port

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 ripe peaches
2. 1 quart vanilla ice cream, with real beans
3. 8 tablespoons port wine

Directions:
1. Slice peaches and place 1 peach to each dessert dish.
2. Drizzle 2 Tablespoons port over peaches in each dish.
3. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. When ready to serve, top each peach with large scoop of ice cream.
