Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 cup peanut butter
2. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3. 1 cup powdered sugar
4. 1 baked pie crust (may use graham cracker crust if you prefer)
5. 20 ounces Cool Whip
6. peanuts, Chopped
Directions:
1. Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add the sugar and peanut butter. .
3. Fold in 1/2 to 3/4 Cool Whip.
4. Spoon into baked shell and refrigerate.
5. To serve, top with balance of Cool Whip.
6. Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
