Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 8 ounces bow tie pasta (uncooked)
2. 1 1/2 cups green peppers, chopped
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
5. 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
7. 1 onion, chopped
8. 1 1/2 cups red peppers, chopped
9. 1 tablespoon olive oil
10. 1 1/2 teaspoons basil (dry)
11. 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced (or buy pre-shredded)
Directions:
1. cook pasta.
2. Saute garlic and vegetables in the oil.
3. Add tomatoes and basil and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss with pasta.
5. Serve and enjoy!
