Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
2. 1 onion, chopped
3. 1 garlic cloves, crushed or 1/2 teaspoon prepared minced garlic
4. 400 g canned cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
5. 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
6. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add beans and stir until heated through.
3. Stir in pesto & parsley to serve.
