Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/4 cup ice, Crushed
2. 1 ounce light rum
3. 1 ounce pineapple juice
4. 1/2 ounce cream of coconut
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender container and blend on high speed until foamy, about 30 seconds.
2. Garnish with fruit, if desired.
