Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 whole wheat pita bread
2. 3 spinach leaves
3. 4 ounces reduced-fat smoked turkey breast
4. 1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
5. 3 ounces baby carrots

Directions:
1. Stuff half of a whole-wheat pita with spinach leaves and smoked turkey breasts.
2. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
3. Serve with baby carrots.
