Pizza Casserole

 

Ingredients for 14 servings:
1. 500 g sliced ham, cut up
2. 250 g sliced pepperoni, cut up
3. 250 g sliced salami, cut up
4. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
5. 4 cups colby cheese, shredded
6. 1 large onion, chopped
7. 1 (680 ml) jar spaghetti sauce
8. 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
9. 2 cans mushrooms, drained
10. 1 large green pepper, chopped
11. 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
12. 1 (14 ounce) can Italian-style tomato sauce
13. 1 tablespoon oregano
14. 1 tablespoon basil
15. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
16. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
17. 3 cloves garlic, minced
18. 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except pasta and cheese, into a huge pot.
2. Bring to a boil, Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for at least 1 hour.
3. Cook macaroni.
4. Drain.
5. Layer as follows: 1/2 macaroni, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese.
6. Repeat layers, cover, then bake at 350* for 34 minutes.
