Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
2. 6 cups popcorn, air-popped
3. 1 cup golden raisin
4. 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
5. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
6. 2 tablespoons margarine
7. 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
8. 1 tablespoon honey
9. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spread oats on an ungreased baking sheet & bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
3. In a large bowl, combine oats, popcorn, raisins, dried fruit & sunflower seeds.
4. In a small saucepan, combine margarine, sugar, honey, cinnamon & nutmeg & heat over a medium setting until margarine is melted.
5. Drizzle over popcorn mixture, then toss to coat.
