Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
2. 4 eggs
3. 3 cups all-purpose flour
4. 2 cups white sugar
5. 1 cup vegetable oil
6. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
9. 1 teaspoon baking soda
10. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
11. 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3 inch pans.
3. Puree undrained pork and beans in a blender or food processor, or with mixer.
4. In a large bowl, combine eggs, flour, sugar, salt, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and soda. Mix well.
5. Gently fold in nuts and pureed pork and beans.
6. Divide batter into pans evenly.
7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until bread tests done.
