Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1 cup onion, diced
2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
3. 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
4. 3 cups bread flour
5. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
7. 1/4 cup rice, Cooked
8. 3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
9. 1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Chop onion into 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Saute in olive oil until transparent and barely golden 15 minutes.
3. Let cool.
4. Add all ingredients including cooled onions in order suggested by bread machine.
5. Process according to manual directions.
