Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 12 cups diced potatoes
2. 2 sweet onions
3. 3 cups chicken broth
4. 2 tablespoons butter
5. 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
6. 1/2 cup green onion
7. 1 bell pepper
8. 5 cups milk
9. 1/4 cup cilantro
10. 1 1/2 cups soup vegetables
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes and onions in a pot with butter until tender; brown ground turkey.
2. Add chicken broth, milk, cilantro, green onions, bell pepper, veggies, salt/pepper to taste.
3. Simmer until thoroughly heated.
