Pulled Chicken for BBQ

 

Ingredients for 18 servings:
1. 6 -8 chicken breasts
2. 32 ounces chicken stock
3. 8 ounces water
4. 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
5. 1/2 small sweet onion
6. 2 garlic cloves
7. 1 tablespoon salt
8. 1/2 tablespoon pepper

Directions:
1. throw every thing in the Crockpot on low for 8 hours . completely cool then shred. place back in Crockpot for 30 mins with the temp off.
