Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 8 ounces lean ground turkey or 8 ounces beef
2. 1/2 cup salsa
3. 1 cup tomato sauce (one 8 ounce can)
4. 1 tablespoon brown Sugar Twin
5. 1 cup French style green bean, rinsed and drained (one 16-ounce can)
6. 3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (3 ounces)
7. 2 cups water
8. 2 cups instant potato flakes (4 1/2 ounces)
9. 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
10. 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
11. 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
12. 1 teaspoon chili seasoning mix
13. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
3. In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat.
4. Stir in salsa, tomato sauce and brown sugar twin.
5. Add green beans and half of the cheddar cheese.
6. Mix well to combine.
7. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
8. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
9. Remove from heat.
10. Stir in potato flakes and dry milk powder.
11. Add yogurt, parsley flakes, chili seasoning, black pepper and remaining cheddar cheese.
12. Mix gently with a fork.
13. Spread potato mixture evenly over meat mixture.
14. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
15. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes.
16. Divide into 6 servings.
