Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 cup rye crackers, crushed
2. 3 ounces cream cheese
3. 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
4. 16 ounces sauerkraut
5. 12 ounces corned beef
6. 1 cup evaporated milk
Directions:
1. Drain sauerkraut very well, then chop fine.
2. Add 1/4 of the rye cracker crumbs to cream cheese,onion sauerkraut and beef.
3. Mix well.
4. Shape into small balls.
5. Dip balls into evaporated milk, then roll in remaining cracker crumbs.
6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
7. May be served cold or hot.
